A summary of CPTM SER's presentation at Indian Railway Train Timetable Conference.
Source: Spokespersons (not very familiar with SER)... Bahut acchese butter marna para hai..
I haven't got any exact document presented by CPTM neither am I permitted to. Informations are relative to actual presentation.

1. HUMSAFAR EXP: 3 HS has been proposed all originating from SRC/SHM. Likely to be pune, nzm and jabalpur ..
2. Antyodaya Exp will remain in SER. Origination might be from KGP/SRC.
3. There was some strong allegations against a Rajdhani TT.
4. Ranchi-NDLS-Chandigarh exp(route not clear).
5. Tata-*DBRG Exp via Purulia, Asansol, NJP for better connectivity with WB, Assam.
6. Two more trains were proposed from TATA. One towards Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and another towards North India.
7. Ranchi KGP Exp. Ranchi-Adra Exp/Passenger(BSL acquirance). Bokaro-Adra Passenger(BSL acquirance).
8. 8-10 existing trains will be speeded up before/after LHBfication.
Conclusion:
SER mainlines: SRC-KGP, KGP-BLS, KGP-TATA, CNI-BURN(proposed new), TATA-ROU-JSG(proposed new) will be upgraded to 160 kmph. CPTM requested other zones to consider increasing speed of their existing and new trains in these sections, after consulting ZONE only.
