This poll is about development in Chennai Division. According to you, what is the major change in train pattern needed for chennai city?
for your kind references:
1.circular chennai emu requires AJJ Takolam line completion
2. MLMR emus require one more emu shed terminal in south
VLR emu requires one more emu shed terminal in vellore.
4. GPD emu requires quadrapling first
5. VLCY MRTS chennai is planned for transfering lines to metro.
6. for any major changes, MSB WST needed to be tripled. works going on dono when it will be finished.

More long distance EMUs to the south and west should be added (option 2) . I want to vote for option 5 as well

Mixed opinions anna.
CGL TBM tripling, AJJ Takkolam Efication
1. Interconnecting EMUs are really required so that all the parts of this city are well connected and easy for commuters who need to take a transit. Also in RSA basis maintenance could be simplified.
As far as I feel, VLCY shed is underutilised. So VLCY STM connection may act as an alternative route and also in the name of maintenance VLCY shed could be well utilised.
3.Circular EMUs are welcome but AJJ Takkolam needs completion.
4. Frequency of MLMR MSB VLR EMUs could be increased.

There has recently been a lot of frustration among RFs when their Station Pics, Loco Pics, Train Pics get rejected because the "number is not showing", "shed is not visible", the loco/train is at a distance, Train Board is too small, "better pic available", etc. . To address this issue, effective tomorrow, ALL...
