Railway will operate a Mega Block on Pune – Lonavala section from 6.00 hrs to 16.10 hrs on 11.03.2018 for carrying out provision of automatic block signalling and construction of bridge work. Due to this block the train running pattern will be as under:
A. Cancellation of Mail/Express/Passenger Trains Journey commencing on 11.03.2018 1. Train no. 11009/11010 CSMT – Pune – CSMT Sinhagad Express 2. Train no. 12125/12126 CSMT – Pune – CSMT Pragati Express 3. Train no. 51317/51318 Karjat – Pune – Karjat Passenger
B. Regulations of Mail/Express Trains on 11.03.2018 1. Train no. 17222 LTT – Kakinada Express will be regulated for 1 hr 30 min in Lonavala – Kamshet section. 2. Train no. 16339 CSMT – Nagercoil Junction will be regulated for 1 hr 20 min in Lonavala – Kamshet section. 3. Train no. 17031 CSMT – Hyderabad express will be regulated for 1 hr in Lonavala – Kamshet section. 4. Train no. 17321 Hubballi – LTT Express will be regulated for 3 hrs 25 min on Pune Division. 5. Train no. 11008 Pune – CSMT Deccan express will be regulated for 20 min in Pune – Dehu Road section.
C. Diversion of Mail/Express Train on 11.03.2018 1. Train no. 11026 Pune – Bhusawal Express leaving Pune at 11.45 hrs is diverted via Daund – Manmad
D. Cancellation of Suburban Trains on Pune – Lonavala Section on 11.03.2018
Down Locals 1. Lonavala –Pune locals leaving Lonavala at 06.30 hours, 08.20 hrs, 10.10 hrs, 11.30 hrs, 14.00 hrs, 14.50 hrs, 15.40 hrs, 2. Talegaon – Pune locals leaving Talegaon at 07.50 hrs, 16.38 hrs 3. Talegaon – Shivaji Nagar local leaving Talegaon at 09.57 hrs
Up locals 1. Pune – Lonavala locals leaving Pune at 05.45 hrs, 06.30 hrs, 09.55 hrs, 12.15 hrs, 13.00 hrs, 15.00 hrs. 2. Pune – Talegaon locals leaving Pune at 06.50 hrs, 08.57 hrs, 15.40 hrs. 3. Shiavaji Nagar – Lonavala local leaving Shivaji Nagar at 11.20 hrs.
However, during the block period following two locals will run 1. Lonavala - Pune local leaving Lonavala at 07.25 hrs 2. Pune – Lonavala local leaving Pune at 08.05 hrs.

1) 06.00 hrs to 16.10 hrs only on 11.03.2018(Sunday) means 06:00 AM to 04:10 PM (total 10 hr.). 2) and 3) the best way to avoid the impact of this mega block is to take cab or bus and travel, you will reach your destination 3-4 hr., bcz IR already announced "Passengers are requested to kindly bear with the administration for the inconvenience caused" apart from this railways cant do anything.
