Actually there is nothing to show off in this. Every year hundreds of coaches need to be repainted and the current ICF stock will last for more than a decade. Last change was done in late 1990s from maroon/brown to blue, so after almost 20 years new color scheme. It would hav been called a show off if there was extra budget allotted for this, but there is no such extra budget allotted. Only thing is color scheme is changed.

Ideally there should be a separate color scheme for
Memu/pax
Exp/mail
Superfast
Raj
Shatabdi
...

Duronto
Like hs, tejas , uday jisse train dekh ke hi log pehchan jaaye ki kya hai
Aur tb me khali source destination with no alag alag language me rahe.
Budget constraints ki wajah ye ek sath na karke saal dar saal kar sakte hain jisse financial burden na pade

Definitely. Just like old ICF times. From a distance only one can identify which type of train is running.
Liveries can be used are
1. Rajdhani
2. Shatabdi and Janshatabdi
3. SF/Exp/Mail/AC SF/Passenger
4.

HS
5. Duronto
6. Tejas
7. Uday
8. Only 2 yuva exp are there so they can be given the livery of ACSF.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
