Give Railways on Lease to old time players like Birla TATA who had claimed in past they can improve the state of affairs given the chance
scrap the various consultative committees which are political protege of one party or other.

10-stop glamorizing the trains and stations instead focus on amenities on every station irrespective of 'economic' gradation based on revenues.
11-Stop the VIP culture... even erstwhile rulers viz Kings and Britishers never dreamed which is prevalent to our 'black Brits'.
12-Last but not the least : non-moving Inventory lying either as dead stock or not used in last five years be disposed off.
