there are plans of adh ccg locals also to go upto goregaon.
So now the existing morning goregaon ccg locals must go to malad, so that boarding a local from malad in morning peak hours is relieved alittle?
( I know malad does t have a spare pf) still it could be thought of.

Not at all, first of all CSTM bound trains are extended and not CCG bound trains so CCG bound ppl will continue to travel in 4 Goregaon locals. Secondly all the trains which have been extended start very late i.e. after 9:30. Thirdly its very difficult to get into any CCG bound train coming from BVI at Goregaon during morning peak hours so these 4 locals remain our only option.
