thats what i am also saying if you read my lines .... i am not claiming but procuring rakes and procuring locos and procuring funds for development works are different ...Funds for development will be done at RB level where sa procuirng rakes for running trains will be done at zonal level ..first division has to send proposal to divisional head quarters and then to zonal head quarters from diff div of same zone and then zonal headquarters sent those consolidated proposals to RB for approval ..if RB approves then it willbe forwarded to the manufacturing factories ..it is the same case with the locos as well ..why i should produce a proof for a person like you who first of all make a statement the way you want and ask others to produce proofs where common sense prevelas ...

still ask you the same...for the statment you said..RB midgt have given funds in another form itself is a statement ...i also same the same...RB may not give you form of another funds as these all departments are of diff and procuring funds for development works is never linked to procurings coaches,locos and spare parts ... if you still want a proof then produce the proof for your statment and then we will talk about me producing documents

I used " may" " might", if you are asking proofs when a person used may happen then no one can make u understand a person like you.
I asking for the proof where coaches taken are given back as coaches. Any ways its clear you dont have proof it seems.
Na varaku malla chebuthunna, coaches badulu inko rupam lo SCR ki RB adjust chesi vundocchu but i am not sure. Ala kaadu coaches thisukunte malla coaches ne estaru , ade rule antava daniki proof chupinchu, Nadi thappu anu oppukunta.
