* Dimensions of Talgo train are smaller (esp. height), it would be good for Shatabdi Services with chair cars but not so convenient for Rajdhani Services with sleeper cars.
* Best novelty of Talgo is their typical bogie with minimal friction, ultralight weight and the tilting capability which can facilitate about 25% higher speeds on curvy Indian Railway tracks.
* Talgo (with some modifications to suit requirements of IR) is good option for SHS trains on existing tracks. But for HST on dedicated tracks, Japanese Shinkansen train of European Alstom train are better....
