From 2014 to 2019 any improvements done by BJP govt in terms of Railways?

In rail budget some states got a lot of trains - true.
But....
other states and each division got atleast one daily.
That's how trains increased for even divisions with few trains.

No, railway budget trains were pathetic. ....it depends on whose the minister; where is he from , etc and only big cities regularly got trains tier 2 and3 cities always ignored. Lately it just became a means for wooing vote . Unnecessary trains were given to poll bound states where even demand was also not there. I think finishing it was More good than bad.
"Considerable improvement" if u consider train 18 and train 20 with bullet trains. HUMSAFARs and Tejas are one of the Good advancement but Dynamic fare detoriated the Good works because it didn't gave a Good cost to benefit ratio . Hence Little Improvement.
