Yes, I think so. Newer WAP5 locos have been configured to deliver 6000+ HP.
30140 is being used with various Shatabdis - Bhopal, Chandigarh and Kanpur bound Shatabdis.

30140, 30163 and 30165 are the 3 HOG WAP5 locos currently in use. These locos haul Kalka, Bhopal, Kanpur, Chandigarh and Lucknow Shatabdis.
3 more HOG WAP5 locos have been allotted to BRC : 30184, 30185 and 30186.
