Will stop diesel items first
Will convert remaining ICF coaches into CBC coupled along with UTKRISHT project so that it can look better from inside and extra features to be provided

Humsafar coaches prodc only when IR will remove flexi and increase base fare by only 15-20% or even 30% but no flexi
.
Focus on fully SL train series similar to humsafar one (no GS will be allowed)
.
Focus on fully 2S train series to run on routes where people can get seats by paying 15rs extra on gen ticket fare (if allowed)
.
Impose more Antyodaya with faster TT and less stoppage in between
.
More foucs on LHB production and parallel T18-T19 Rake
.
T18 to be only replace all shatabdi first
T19 with rajdhani or AC SFs or AC Durontos
