When I travelled from MDU to MS on 1st March, 2019 none of the TVs worked in my coach. When we complained to the onboard staff nothing was done but after the issue was raised in the IR portal, the staff sprung into action and made the TVs work. We were around GOC when the malfunctioning TVs were set right. Moreover, water started dripping from the overhead tanks in the washrooms around 07.30 P. M. but that was soon attended.
Today my family is travelling by 22671 from MS to MDU and the same TV story is repeated with them. When my sister had asked for complaint book the staff had replied that it wasnt loaded. I have asked her...
