ЁЯФ╕Mahanandi: Mahanandi is another important Shiva temple in Nallamala forest. The Mahanandiswara Swamy Temple, an important shrine, among nava Nandis (9 nandi tempes). This ancient temple dates back over 1,500 years. It is believed that the temple was constructed in the 7th century by the Chalukyas and several more additions were done during the Nanda Dynasty in the 10th century and by the Vijayanagara kings in the 15th and 16th centuries. The gopuram of the temple stands over the sanctum sanctorum and is constructed in the Badami Chalukyan architectural style. The other temple structures are constructed in the Vijayanagara architectural style

ЁЯФ╕Ahobilam: Ahobilam located in Nallamala forest, near to Allagadda town in Kurnool district. This is the only place having 9 (nava)temples for lord Narasimha 9 Avataras. The whole complex is in two parts - one called Eguva Ahobilam (Upper Ahobilam) with 6 Narasimha shrines and the other called Diguva Ahobilam (Lower Ahobilam) with a 3 shrines. Among these 5 temples are connected by road, the others need hard trekking through cut across virgin hills and forests and served by several cascades of exquisite natural beauty. The Sthalapurana of Ahobilam in Sanskrit gives an account of nine forms of Narasimha, worshipped here
