I am planning to travel from Mumbai to Raipur on 21 Dec i.e. Saturday and wanted to reach early morning to Raipur.

For past two runs its going cancelled due to maintenance blocks taken by ser ckp div.
In any case of disturbance in the section , it is the first train to get cancelled.
Apart from that cleanliness and safety is OK.
After departure from ltt doesn't gets much delayed up till bilaspur.

If you want to depart on Saturday from Mumbai to reach Raipur early morning then this train is best option, so try reaching LTT by 11:30 Hrs and take ticket to board any coach preferably near locomotive where some amount of passengers will be onboard as presence of no passengers will be not good for safety purposes.
Apart that you may carry food, water with you as it halts less
Cleanliness is mediocre so don't expect much

Any news of cancellation of this train for tomorrow's run?
Incoming train 22886 had departed from source yesterday and is on the way to destination so tomorrow's service will not be cancelled
No news till now...
