Why private trains are better than Indian railways govt trains
#IRCTC
1. Guarranteed Safety - in private trains no subsidy is allowed and revenue is more so railway is able to spend more on safety guards.
In Indian railways govt trains woman harassment and theft is quite common. Even rapes murders kidnaping child trafficking cases observed .
.
...

2. Great food - directly monitored by IRCTC so good quality is great.
In Indian railways trains we have worst food.. also seen cases of dead cockroaches etc in train. Indian railway govt train food can give you serious stomach problems like diarrhea or even some infection.
.
3. Great punctuality - if train is late then money refund so it is run on time even in fog. Also gets super high priority. Tejas has overtaken Rajdhanis also like 12301 Rajdhani recently.
Indian railways govt trains run 12-13 hour late on NCR route.
.
4. Brand new coaches - only brand new coaches are used for these trains so good cleanliness . Indian railways govt trains have 20-25 year old coaches. And they also have poor maintenance.
.
5. Good cleanliness - 24 hour staff available to clean. Forget about cleanliness in Indian railway govt trains. Using dirty bathrooms can give you even infection in private parts.
In Indian railways trains we see cockroaches mice lizards commonly .. even snakes on some occasions ..

Kyun govt jayada paise lekar ye sab tejas waali facility nahi de sakti kya
1) Tejas me food ka price jayada hai so they r getting something better than rajdhani menu.
2) ab yaar fare jayada lekar thoda sa late hone par refund dena koi bahot badi baat nahi hai. Refund ke chalte iska prority high hai track par.
3) rahi baat new coaches
...
ka ye koi point nahi hai hamare yahn to pnbe rakdhani aur sk ka maintence dekh lo kisi private train se kam nahi hai.
4) ab yaar rahi baat on board housekeeping ki to paise to 24hrs duty lo
Sabhi ka ek hi jawab ye sab govt khud bhi kar sakti hai private partners ki jaroorat nahi hai.

One more point is that the Railway have to pay salary & pension as per 7th pay commission, which has increased after 6th & 7th commission & Railway fares have not changed at the same ratio.
Private operators will not have as this burden, they might smartly sell last minute tickets at a higher price. So, privatisation does make sense.
Only new trains must be given to private, existing trains must continue with IR as before.

Kuch bhi... I have seen SK rake with broken bathroom windows...
And punctuality of sk is worst .. see punctuality of Tejas.. always ontime.. Tejas can also overtake sk to maintain punctuality.
Govt nahi ker sakti because govt has corruption and inefficient people working in government..
Too much bureaucracy in government and government has no control over it's employees and employee unions
...
also create issues..
Private operations are highly streamlined and labors are also highly disciplines unlike govt employees.

Govt can also inc the fare but the vote bank politics comes inbetween.
Govt. Employees me imandaari naam ki koi cheez nahi hai. They just says ho jaayega na.
Govt. Should strictly make the employees to follow rules and introuce a system for increment of salary and for promotion depending on there work.
