Proposed TT for 12137 Pmail.
Salient features:
1. Slot of Pmail put in Pathankot slot at 23:3 hrs ex CSMT. This will leave existing slot if Pmail free for CR to run new EMU service or manage the traffic in peak hour.

2. Pmail thus is speeded up by 4 hrs, keeping arrival intact at FZR
3. Pmail new TT is designed to run with LHB rake meaning it will hit 120/130 in permissible sections.
4. Still the running avg is 64 kmph which is easily manageable.
5. Now 11057 Pathankot will me moved to 00:30 dep ex CSMT (Pmails RS slot) .. So Pathankot will be Speeded up by 1 hr which is more than manageable.
6. 38 Pmail can be speeded up to arrive CSMT by 4:30 am just behind Pathankot, thereby allowing Pmail an easy entry into CSMT and ensuring that 37 dn will never get RS.
