This modern rakes will require less maintenance.......
Pitlines point you highlighted is a good point.... i was also thinking about it from last few days. Lets see what is the RB plan.... on next PRE-BID Meeting this point will be discussed in details.

Rakes will be maintained by Private players.....Rake maintenance staff will be by private players, Washing lines, stabling lines of IR CDO will be used, IR can be provide space within or near to the existing IR CDO to private companies for setting rake maintenance

but ir coaching depot officer is of indian railway. so private manpower for maintaining private trains will ultimately work under an indian railway officer which is CDO ?
These modern rakes will not require maintenance before 31 days or 40,000 km runned by a rake. So, no Daily maintenance will be required.
Where land will be available, Zonal railway can provide separate space nearby to these private players for setting up their Rakes maintenance facilities there. Where not available, IR CDO can be used but not dsily rake maintenance is required. IR will provide stabling lines for parking rake when rake is idle.
