You know it is not possible. What you want, and what you think they want. Till people traveling from your place don't feel any inconvenience your demand has no value. So please start thinking what could really be useful for people in your area. Keep this in mind: they are least concerned if GR/Kalaburgi has a divisional office or NOT.
