If SWR can run this Vasco Danapur special (link below) with 23 ICF coaches and previous Vasco Danapur LHB special with 21 LHB coaches then why are they running this train with only 20 ICF coaches.
Looks like the restrictions are only there when SWR wants totally nonsense by SWR here.

Previously it is a slip- link trains that's why coach composition showing same only Vasco - NZM part not Hubbali - NZM part. After revised TT UBL- NZM is cancelled and now after LHB fication new coach composition just arrive. So please wait for normalize the situation. When normal service start.
Both of these are one-way, one-time specials. For such trips, engineering restrictions are usually waived with by having a supervising inspector onboard and running with special instructions. This is something that can be done on occasion, but for regular operations the engineering restrictions have to be fixed first.
Also, both of these trains are only ascending the ghats, never descending. I believe, the rake length restrictions came up mainly due to issues during the descent from the ghat. Since these trains don't, they may not have any restrictions.
