Vskp has a dep at 545/605 for VPM Kharagpur slot trains and 620 dep Janmabhoomi so this can't have delayed dep as it has to stop at enroute stations in the same line till Pendurthi for crossing. Dep at 635 Vskp DRM may not take as the PF vacated should be given to Kirandul Exp. PF are busy from 530 to 900 with both incoming and outgoing at the same time arrival trains have to be taken to yard.
Thats at good suggestion, Gunpur can start at 6:10 am. It helps all.
There is still time to talk about private trains as they got only 2 responses of 2 clusters. So IR wants to redraft the policy again talking to stakeholders. Moreover private trains will have full AC config as sleepers don't get revenue breakpoint and IR wants the trains to sustain highspeeds upto 160kmph keeping next 20yrs in future planning.
