Trip Report:
Decided to take break from my daily routine from 16-20 of August.
My Plan- Hyd- VSKP( De boarded @ rjy) , RJY- HWH & HWH- Pune( Duranto de boarded @ manmad as per my Plan
Reached Rjy on 17th @ 7.40 am to board train 12840 from Rjy- Hwh after booking tatkal ticket. Had yearly breakfast opp to Rjy station.

Had some rail fanning to do 7.40 am. Arrived king of SR corrmandal express and had couple of Minutes stoppage on Platform # 1. Next train to arrive is Src- Maq viveka express with no Pantry and no water in Sleeper coaches people were running to fill the water bottles and trying to brush stoppage time itself. All the compartments had more passengers than allotted quota . Only Compartment which was vacant was disable coach in this train
In between Plat form # 3 @ 8.15 am arrived Mas- Dirbugha town express, Normally in Sleeper class total number of seating and sleeping is 72 , but unfortunately not for this train in each compartment there ware at least 50-60 in excess in each compartment train departed after 2 min halt. Then @ 8.40 arrived Ratnachal express( twin brother of Satvahan express) people who were boarding were surprised to seen not much crowd in all the compartments. At 9.16 Arrived Howrah mail with sharp 9.16 am and left in couple of minutes. Occupied my seat B-3 . tried to book normal Sleeper coach in Tatkal luckily 3rd a/c was available so booked ticket. Fortunately I didn’t book sleeper coaches same case here more number of passenger in sleeper coaches, necessity is mother of invention I had never seen such adjusting mentality of people all this years, good to see that sort helping nature of people to adjust there seats with other people of same state. Reached sharp 1.40 at Vskp though it had pantry car food was loaded at VSKP. Change of loco from Erode to Santrachi and left vskp 2.00 and train was running almost 15-20 minutes delay all through route. My side upper berth didn’t get filled till it reached BBS. Stopped at Khurda road for 10 Minutes for reloading of food nothing available to eat on this plat form. After having after noon lunch from Irctc guy this time I have decided not have my dinner. On Plat form # 4 at Khurda road Shalimar- Sec express arrived no announcement of my train departure just left the Station and arrived at BBS. Then has good sleep till we reached Khargapur train was almost 1 hr late we reached 3.45 am ,but covered the Distance from Khargapur to Hwh in span of Just 45 Minutes arrived at @ Hwh 4.33 on Plat form # 23

Reached HWH @4.33 was in Hwh for the first time Started roming around the station from plat form # 23 to Plat form # 1 as I had 3.30 hrs for the next trip i.e from Hwh- Pune which departs @ 8.20 from Plat form # 20. 23-19 platforms belong to SER which weren’t that crowded as compared to ER platforms. Huge constructions were been built between 19-15 platforms. Came back to SER side for refreshing my self and decided to go to Ist class waiting room @ HWH as there no place to sit on the chairs that were available on the plat form waiting area. Utterly disappointed with Waiting room at Premier Station, which has been holding Railway ministry for past 4 yrs I assume, Old people had to climb 2 floors to reach waiting hall what I do see roof completely filled with spider webs...

all around the corners Broken Mirrors on three sides of the hall Long Wooden sofas facing towards main Entrance of the Railway station. People have spilled food items all over the benches no Cleaning. I found that waiting room at other stations are quiet comfortable in case sitting space is concerned Water is provided but not here. Only thing that is good about this waiting rooms is cool breeze coming through the windows and there is plenty of open space opposite to Station. Other thing that has was noticed by me is reservation char that is prepared for the trains leaving howrah are been dumped between two pillars on plat form no # 20. Is it ok to do that
