Is investigation complete? Before investigation can that loco be send to repair? The loco was the main suspect of the accident and RM also agreed on the spot of visit.

Exactly! I suspect some neglect. Railways should get its act together and start investigating on priority. What if the loco really was the cause of the first derailment? How many more accidents will it cause?

The investigation, forensic tests were completed at Maynaguri, thereafter it was being brought back.

Some reports were there that when this train bkn-ghy was crossing a Level crossing near Chunar Jn (NCR) then some metal scratch (possibly from loco) were seen on the track after the train crossed Which maybe of Traction Motor
