He has been warned multiple times even for stealing others pic and claiming it to be his. He uses google translate because of which this happens. Many times he was advised but he still does the same with his 20+ accounts

Usually steal other member pic and post it in IRI claiming his own self pic
And he gets rating from his other ID like indiarailinfo.com, radha tour & travels, ankur galam, satish thangaraj etc
