KK arrivng bit early instead of 12:30 currently can probably solve the problem . Maybe arrival around 10:30am . The challenge also is that SWR doesnt have too many daily long distance trains originating from SBC managed by them. Udyan could be one option if managed by SWR but there again not too much difference in dep time between KK & Udyan
Thats why, they have made this RSA. To avoid the extra rake.
currently sbc bound KK is 2.5 hrs slower than its counterpart which should be taken care of .
preponement of ndls dep to 18:10 gives a scope for sbc arrvl 8:00 am instead of current arrival.. then it no longer needs a spare rake even if its given a dedicated rake.

I think the biggest challenge is availability of pf around the 7am-9am time...too many trains arriving at SBC from KJM side ( including commuter trains used by office goers, daily passengers from BWT, Kolar,few other express trains and couple of trains from Hosur side as well) With all of them converging around the same time, getting pf is a big issue. That being office hours as well, commuter/passenger trains will be given precedence. While the suggestion is good, it remains to be seen if an earlier time of arrival is possible at SBC
