Recently travelled in the AC chair car of this train.
It was not a really good experience overall, the AC was not working properly everyone in the coach complained to the coach attentand and the TT number of times then they increased the cooling only after we crossed Unnao even after that it didn't help the overall cooling inside the coach.

get the seat in the first row then you are never lucky because in ICF AC chair cars you won't have a AC Vent near your seat and which will not provide enough cooling. Which is not the case in LHB AC Chair cars.

Also the levers for reclining the seats were either broken or not working. The trays were hanging on some seats which after complaining were fixed.

The good points were, this train has been given enough slack in order to cover delay over 1hr easily,
Vendors will keep coming in the train selling tea, cold drinks and other packed items. One can also buy food from Kanpur and Orai.

Being one of the important train between Jhansi and Lucknow the maintenance was not upto the mark and since the same rake will be used in Lucknow - Meerut Rajyarani express in near future the maintenance is bound to be affected.

PS- missed the gulab jamuns of Orai as the train was delayed and couldn't find any vendor 😢
