The Newest member of RKMP coaching depot, the latest sensation of Indian Railways and much awaited train for Railfans of Bhopal, Newly Announced Rani Kamlapati-New Delhi Vande Bharat Express.
Rake reached RKMP last night and placed on newly constructed 3rd Pitline immidietly for inspection. Got a chance to visit the CDO and witness this beauty today. Lots of Media Persons were present there too.

But why? Shatabdi and VB will run in morning from opposite direction, there is not direct conflict between them. Shatabdi is already much slower than VB no need to furthur slow it down. Instead it requires a speedup, atleast a speedup of 15 minutes to make it run on its Pre Covid TT which was of 8 hour 25 minutes instead of current 8 hour 40 minutes. If and when IR decides to replace Shatabdi Express with VB rakes then this Shatabdi should have a TT of 8 hours exact with VB rake.
Shatabdi is already slow by 1 hr if we go by the Tentative Schedule
As per some sources, CRWS has planned to prepare for VB POH/maintenance?

Already saw what was done with 12041/42 after 22301/02 was introduced.
12041 was taking 8 hrs 15 mins avg. time between HWH-NJP & 12042 was taking 8 hrs avg. time between NJP-HWH. But post introduction of 22301/02, 12041/42 got halt at BWN, got slowed down to 8 hrs 30 mins travel time & 12042 got slowed down to 8 hrs 15 mins travel time. Guess what Bina halt of 12001/02 is coming soon. It will get stoppage at Bina very soon as an effect of upcoming elections in 2023.
