Piyush 2 hrs PT blocking at HWH is not happening. And like I already said, I don't see a BSP-HWH VB succeeding unless it starts at DURG or R.

I'll postpone JSG HWH so that around 40-50 mins is only blocked at HWH.
This looks perfect. Baad mei as required it can be extended to SBP/BSP.
JSG-HWH-JSG can easily be done if time is the only factor, but JSG will not have maintenance facilities soon, ROU may have soon, also SBP and BSP can do the maintenance but TT need to be aggressive in that case. But reach and return from HWH at afternoon is a must to gain popularity.
