Ideally YPR SUR SF (now extended to HAS) should go to LTT/ CSMT. Also UBL DR should be YPR DR. Let both be with SWR.
TT can be like this : YPR 2000 SUR 0700 PUNE 1100 LTT 1400. RSA LTT 2000 PUNE 2330 MRJ 0400 UBL 0900 YPR 1530.

YPR SUR already runs Jam Packed and already is not enough for KLBG ppl to reach Bengaluru. Where are you going to fit Mumbai-Bengaluru people in this over crowded train? Same with UBL-DR
Why can't SCR Run a BIDR SBC SF? This will take care of SBC KLBG traffic.
I am not against any particular train or Region. My point is simple -- how to introduce a new Bangalore Mumbai SF?
If UBL DR and Udyan are made RSA trains, then also one gets new Mumbai Bangalore train. UBL DR will become 24 coach train, hence no issues for Hubli traffic. Udyan to come back to SWR.

Agree... SUR YPR is dedicated train of KLBG section. Same applies for UBL DR, this train caters Hubli, Dharwad BGM and Miraj/Sangli section. No space probably for Bangalore section here.
Best thing would be to start a dedicated new Train to SBC from Mumbai. 17317/18 should be terminated at CSMT instead of DR along with an increase in coaches to 22/24. This train can then have RSA with new Mumbai Bengaluru Train. 17317 arriving Mumbai in the morning can depart after a 1.5-2Hr break as CSMT-SBC SF via MRJ-UBL-ASK and reach SBC early next morning. Return journey can start from SBC in the evening to reach Mumbai next day around 6 in the evening. The same rake can then depart as 17318 to Hubbali.
