Tomorrow I am travelling with my wife and baby In Narayandri to tirupati. I booked premium tatkal in 3A. I got seats allocated in B5. What are the chances that I will be moved to 3E coaches. If I get 3E can I file TDR and claim for full refund.

P.S I am not comfortable travelling in 3E with my baby.
