Par usko Bihar ke logo ne to kharab nhi kara na . Kharab kiya to politicians ne . Bihar me itna corruption h to government ki galti h logo ki nhi . Bihar ka bifurcation bhi Politicians ki chaal thi ki Bihar Backward...
