yes,You are correct however there is no logic in taking this train away from ROK route!
Better timings and Cut in buffer time will change things with 12037.

Its not ROK but Sangrur (if for LDH-NDLS) & nearby location!!
Further, PNP isnt stoppage for PNP-NDLS but PNP-KLKA/UMB-PNP, PNP-ASR/LDH-PNP etc!! Same way, ROK-LDH-ROK dont have any day travel option & this train fills the same!!
There exist simply no service vs service & this train exist as filling option for no service route!!
This way, DEE-SGNR AC Exp runs via longer route (Sangrur),...

to fill the gap of operation in Dhauladhar Exp along with SAG connectivity with NDLS!!
PS: Opening thread discussed via UMB-CDG (already coupled with lots Shatabdi/Janshatabdi/Mail/Exp) & will not enhance run-time. Further, i replied to UMB Raj/Shatabdi/GR count & logically, LDH Shatabdi isnt been required & this has lead to its extension to MOGA!!

Non sense in moving the only the single shatabdi and Only Day time connection to SAG away from route! anyway this is Not going to happen
If its completly Fails may be they will convert it to JS or May a SF but taking away trains in India Hardly happens.
