Maintenance from SFG is good. The coach and the toilets were clean. I think the issue was in the coach, but yeah, the attendant and the RailMadad technician refused to do anything about the electricity issue. We tried to fix it on our own, and it worked out.

The main issue is due to the RSA with DDN-KGM Express. I had a chat with our attendant after yet another RailMadad complaint about bedroll. He told that the train becomes dirty after return, and there aren't any spare clean bedrolls left.
NR will never be accountable. Simple as that. NR is a powerful entity. It doesn't listen to politicians. How can we expect them to listen to 'common' people's plight about trivial things such as speed and comfort.
