It will be good if SWR takes this train and make this train as SF category train

Timings could be 13:00 PM departure daily from Vasco to arrive HWH at 04:30 AM early morning and return could leave at 23:00 PM to arrive Vasco at 13:30 PM - with PM at Vasco (PM time 24 hours and SM time 19 hours even if it runs late can pick up some time)

Cleanliness depends on the public and region using the train. Generally the trains which have 16+hrs journey are not good as people used the gangway, washrooms, have lunch and dinner. I don't think even SWR will make a difference. I travelled in SCR godavari express which is 50 years old only overnight 13 hrs run, no pressure of PM at Hyd yet the exterior are dusty and looks like the train I'd not wasted for weeks while Washrooms are soiled, broken flush etc.
