I'm telling you the updates which I have got that inaugural was from SC because train proposed by Secunderabad MP and not by a politician from Goa so most probably inaugural will be from Secunderabad the same way Vasco Jasidih express inspite of being SWR train inaugurated from JSME coz it was proposed by Dubey ji.
And 15th September inaugural is cancelled as per the update I have. I hope it's inaugurated before the end of this month. And SC VSG express is definitely a new train coz it will require seperate slot for two days a week present link trains did not require seperate ones as they run linked with Amaravati express and TPTY express.

I know that after SC VSG express introduction they will cancel both link trains and Amaravati express LHB conversion is planned this financial year don't know about TPTY VSG express.
But treating SC VSG biweekly express as compensation train is not correct there was always a demand for dedicated Hyderabad Vasco train and those two link trains were infact compensations for not fulfilling the demand. Running those two link trains did not require additional slots as they run combined with Amaravati express and Tirupati express but now Secunderabad Vasco biweekly express will require additional slots so it should be treated as a new train and the compensation link trains would be gone for good.
