Cst does have separate pfs for local
But what to do? A single tte can tackle 3-4 passengers max, but almost if 50-60 commuters board Sleeper coaches how a tte can Remove?!!?

Vidarbha express is the best train in SF category when people plan to go for Nagpur side. Crowding like Bihar/ Bengal / North east bound trains is sign of requirement of an Clone with limited stops especially in Diwali season is must now. CR need to take action.
