Surprise capture......

Spotting the train for the first time after LHB fication, while going for my hospital duty for Govt. Stanley Hospital as a daily schedule. Hauled by WAP7 but no shed markings. This train can be extended to inner parts of Tamilnadu (upto Nagercoil) as no proper trains for Vizag in Tamilnadu side.
