Is NCR-PRYJ Divn doing some painting (interior and exterior) for rakes of 12417/12418 for Kumbh Mela this time also ? Last time the had done it . The rakes had Vinyl sticker about Kumbh Mela on the outside and also saw a video where the interior of First AC had some paintings based on Kumbh Mela
