Weren't you claiming that the to-be introduced BSBS-AGC VB will be flop?

And until this is a sarcastic post, do you think these VBs will even work out? Do you want to run a 4 coach VB, that too running with 30% patronage? Varanasi isn't a metropolis to fill dedicated VBs to random cities.

why not propose VBs for every next station from BSB, going by the post of yours. Perhaps, BSB-CNB, BSB-ETW, BSB-AGC, BSB-MTJ, BSB-DGR, BSB-BWN, BSB-PNBE, BSB-ARA, etc all can be introduced.

I doubt whether Varanasi Howarah will see the light though talk from past 1.5 yrs. Ranchi Varanasi I'd introduced and blocked the path timings in Gaya Varanasi section and now Varanasi Deogarh in opp direction has left less chances now.
