I always thought this was an NR train due to hitting almost all NR stations only; maybe due to maintenance happening at MUV/BSBS, it's an NER one. Either case, this one is not getting an LHB soon. There are 2 faster ICEs in line for that.
Because it's an NER train, it may as well become LHB before Shuttle, Begampura, Mahamana etc.
LKO NR is quite lazy when it comes to LHBfying it's trains, NER is not. I actually recently saw an article mentioning BSBS - LKO via PBH ICE and BCY - GKP Overnighter might become LHB soon.
