SER has now become a dumpyard of old coaches and rakes from other zone. SER gets very very few new lhb coaches from PUs, new coaches goes to other zones and old lhb coaches from other zones comes to SER as replacement.
Similarly for VB rakes now, Rourkella-Howrah VB & 1rake of Tatanagar-BAM VB is old VB rakes from other zones.

In the last year, especially, SER received very few LHB coaches allocated from the Railway Board (RB) and PUs. If I'm not mistaken, only one train was LHBfied in SER in the last year (i.e., the Ranchi Garib Rath Express). Please correct me if I am wrong about the number of LHBfications.

Agar main galat nahin hoon, to pichhle 1 saal mein sirf ek train hi SER mein LHBified hui hai (yaani Ranchi Garib Rath Express) (agar main galat hoon, toh mujhe sahi kar dijiye is LHBification ki ginti mein).
