Hey, one query, I am traveling in 12339 coalfield exp and I can see, it's running @ 130/ kmph speed.
And VB also running same speed

Criticism also a valuable contribution. Without criticism, improvement can't happen.
Upgrading tracks takes time, introducing fancy trains does not. Upgrading tracks won't let you claim credit since it's done at a gradual pace and isn't immediately visually apparent/felt to the normal person; a fancy train attracts way more eyeballs.
HWH-RNC VB ought to straight have gone to RNC after KGP and TATA. The Shatabdis originally too had very few halts and BPL Shatabdi didn't used to stop at places like Dholpur or even MTJ in the initial days. LKO Shatabdi originally had only 1 halt at CNB. So, there is a pre cursor to running fast almost non stop ICE services.
