Mangalore Madgaon and Bhubaneswar Visakhapatnam are not even getting 250 travellers on all days. As Vande Metro is of 1100 capacity the numbers can't reach that number. They to be converted into Intercity express and also Tatanagar Bherhampur.

High time 22303/04 was extended to BSB, only then the 16 coach rake would do justice. 8.5 hr HWH - BSB (and back) would be pretty feasible. All that is needed is a little bit tweak in timings.

BSB VB can depart HWH at 06:05
RNC Shatabdi can then depart HWH at 6:25
