Southern Railway GM promises to consider plea for extension of Madurai – Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express up to Tirunelveli

A better plan:Divert 20671/2 via KRR DG,extend it to TEN
VPT TEN can make up for the patronage lost from TPJ

I don't know if the permanent diversion to BNC via KRR SA JTJ directly from DG will happen.... if happens then great... but I'd rather suggest that have a new train from TEN, terminate at SMVT and go via the similar route till DG but cut thru KRR SA JTJ and instead of BNC terminate at SMVT for ease... now BNC has got 2 VBs and 3 other PFs are occupied with other trains for shunting either towards SMVT or SBC.... so let's wait and see what can be done....

get that already congested during the noon time since DD and Brindavan (from Chennai) along with MDU BNC VB are running... but in order for the above mentioned thing to happen... no option way to go than trail behind MDU VB or try to be ahead of MDU VB but overtake DD and Brindavan which would further delay both these trains....

The only thing which I feel can be done is that maybe start a new VB under SWR zone from SMVT and terminate at TEN via the above mentioned route.... maybe it might benefit pax traveling to MDU or DG via SA KRR.... and another way is that we could have 2 trains... as in one from South (MDU) and one from Mid-South (SMVT)....🤔👍
