Trains to Bihar during Chhath and Deepawali can't be doubted for the patronage, even if they're highly price inflated premium trains with horrible on board services.
My main concern was if they're running a full length Tejas rake on alternate days in the same slot, the VB rake could've also been of 16C. They'd have the older rakes of BSB VB twins lying as spare.
