Both VB & Tejas run back to back in the same direction. Nowadays Tejas gets delayed & travel time is higher. How about cancelling Tejas & running a single 20 coacher VB on CSMT - MAO route ? Provide those extra halts of Tejas to VB, may take extra 10mins.

8 coach VB can be replaced with 20 coach VB in Mumbai Madgaon with additional halts of Tejas express. In Monsoon VB runs for 3 days only another 3 days an 8 coach VB should be run which can be used as triweekly on Friday Saturday Sunday during seasons from Nov to May.
Tejas rake can be used to run Pune Madgaon Biweekly on Thrusday and Saturday from Pune return on Friday, Sunday from Madgaon both monsoon and non monsoon as it requires 9 hrs from Pune.
