Inauguration of Cherlapalli Terminal is postponed until further advise and huge shift of approx 35 pairs to be seen. Which includes SC bypass and terminal shift.

If 35 pairs are planned to be shifted to Charlapalli then it will be big discomfort to travellers and their convenience. Logistics will become a big issue. The location of the station is different from that of Benguluru SMVT where east bound trains halt at KR Puram which takes the load of travellers which is well connected to many parts of the city through ORR where new residential areas cameup in last 25 years while Charlapalli is far from the city and present traveller residences. In any city 50-70% of the reserved travellers use own or Auto/Cab to and from station to avoid last mile connectivity issues with luggage with family. With no plan to build 3rd 4th kine upto Charlapalli as of now no MMTS trains can be run from Secunderabad.

Out of 35 approx 20 pairs will start and terminate and other will be bypassing trains with additional halts at LPI And SNF so it is not going to be a big problem but the problem will be with those 20 trains reaching the station. But they are making making plans for the MMTS and instead of CHZ SNF would be the best one but the development towards the east is also essential rather focus only on western part of Hyderabad
