All the delays to be fixed immediately after the inauguration of CHZ station as the train to be operated independent without any RSA with 3 Rakes now the only Confusion is SR taking the rake or SCR. If SCR then the TT will be revarsed.
And there are literally many more key trains to be shifted. Sabari is Confirmed for CHZ.
Internally there was a confirmation on RSA breaking with Padmavati and 12731/32 soon the official PR to be Issued ...

If its still SCR the train can leave at same day around 15:55 PM after arriving at 12 PM like I mentioned and then cover CBE till 23:55 PM and arrive SC at 19:00 PM night and go for PM from night till next day morning around 07:00 AM
If its SR , the train best to leave at morning but might require extra rake. If not make it two night , one day train to reach CHZ at 04:30 AM and leave as return train at 08:00 AM

In addition to that they can convert Sabari Express in SF category and renumbering the train.
At present Sabari takes 30 hrs to cover the distance. A speedup of 1.5 hrs is difficult and it depends how much SR can accomodate priority in its limit from Coimbatore to TVM. The train can leave SC at 745 after Rajdhani express and reach TVM by 1145-1230 Return leave at 1530 to reach after 1930 based. If SR takes PM then the same timings in reverse with 3 rakes.

CHZ is a nightmare for passengers to reach. No proper approach road, No proper entry way, No proper transportation.
Travel SAFE
