Great Useful
Traveled in 1A yesterday between YNK to KRNT on 11/12/2024
Despite remote starting place at bangalore and mid of the week , train was 99% full

Coach was very old and definitely not a SCR/KCG standard , coach was clean but being old one , mechanical works needed in toilets etc

No jerks throughout and on time most of the time. Train was delayed slightly at GTL despite running before time. Train was briefly held at Turakapalli, GTL, dhne outers despite no traffic .. Speedup didn't happen to this train even after removing slip coaches , train reversal at GTL,, Not sure GTL bypass is really helping

Overall, train has at least 20-30 minutes buffer till GTL and some more between MBNR-KCG

SWR may consider pushing this train to KJM or whitefield for convenience and delay departure by 20 minutes or so

Bangarpet has 6 PFs can be extended has water facility I guess. Kuppam at present 2PF and 4 lines doesn't have watering facility. 3rd PF under construction as per Google maps NI works to be done. For termination changing track should be there from mainline towards Jolapettai to 3PF wil be known after NI works but no watering facility.

Then.. Bangarpet should be considered atleast. Most of the IT people will make use of it if KJM halt is given. Either 17603 or 12735 should be extended and that will be very helpful.

KJM is used to hold kcg-kjm special train which has higher TAT than 17603. Bangarpet shouldn't be a problem

Stations like KJM, BWT also need to have options for cleaning , maintenance staff etc. Just for few trains railways needs to add in personnel. Also staff change/handover, guard, loco pilot etc. I think even for Yelahanka, staff needs to travel from either SBC or YPR which is a logistical issue. That is also one reason we see very less trains originating/terminating from some of these stations
