Exactly what I thought of posting, with facts.

In Hyderabad, Hafeez Pet station is located in the core software companies area and near many Andhra Pradesh residents' homes, with metro access within 2 km.

Hafeez Pet had plenty of land to lay 2-4 extra platforms and make a terminus inside the city area, but SCR put a stop to this by constructing a huge building.

I don't know the use of this building if they only intend to use the station for local trains, a system with no future.

In short, they didn't even construct one new platform at this station.

Next, Malkajgiri station, eligible to be a terminus, had a building constructed instead of new platforms or pit lines. They also constructed 4 stations within 3 km; literally, a 15-coach train stands at 2 stations at any time. How they can achieve MPS, we don't know.

Secunderabad station needed a suburban terminal, but they wasted land on a building and sold all the land around the station to private builders.

The future of railways in Hyderabad is very dark.
