With all due respect sir, my update is based on the fact that today is 18th Aug and the train still leaves on an average of 8 hours behind the original schedule. My update was based on that fact.
Tue Aug 17's departure from Mumbai CST: 7 hr 43 min late
Mon Aug 16's departure from Mumbai CST: 7 hr 41 min late

When you are making an assumption based on past trends it is better to state that explicitly. Unless railways has declared the change timing putting a note that the train will leave 8 hours behind schedule is highly irresponsible.
Some user might miss the train if they rely on the information in this site.

I am not making it on past trends sir. This is how the train is currently running delayed each day. It was pointed out to me that the timings were effective only till 21.07. I am saying that was intended earlier but even today the trains are running on delayed timings.
